If you want to breakfast in Woodstock and can wait until 11 AM when Joshua's opens, you can't do better for breakfast. The cuisine is weighted towards the Middle East, and features an extensive array of vegetarian dishes as well as meaty ones, but you can get such well-prepared staples as eggs benedict, pancakes, and omelettes. Don't overlook the smoothies and fresh juice drinks. Lunches and dinners are equally good, and the talented chef-owner, the second generation to run this family operation, cooks up a long list of daily specials.
