Beautiful Art-Deco Grill

Absolutely beautiful - expect first class dining with superb service, ambience, wines and food, um, above average. San Jose still hasn't caught up with, say, New York as far as their interpretation of 5-star (fork) dining, but you won't leave disappointed - or at the very least hungry. Large portions of meat - cooked attentively - but definitely meaty - this is an Argentinian grill afterall - so don't miss those Argentinian specialties: intestines, sweat breads, kidney, udder (!) and delicious black puddin. The digs are high-end, but that still doesn't mean you are paying more than $5 or $6 for a glass of wine. Be sure to take a few minutes to explore the beautiful restaurant itself - the waiters will be more than happy to explain the significance of some of the photos - and if you can grab the single table on the deck you are in for a treat!
